Michael Garron Hospital Chooses MMC Pharmacy Services
Mohawk Medbuy (MMC) is pleased to announce that Michael Garron Hospital (MGH), part of Toronto East Health Network (TEHN), is joining MMC’s Pharmacy Services. This move builds on the portfolio of MMC shared service offerings that MGH already utilizes, including Strategic Sourcing, In-Hospital Logistics and Member IT Services. MMC’s national, not-for-profit structure provides value-based procurement, analytics and supply chain solutions to hundreds of health care providers and public sector organizations, with a focus on data-driven insights to support the delivery of quality patient care.

Mohawk Medbuy recently completed a multi-year enterprise resource planning (ERP) modernization program in conjunction with MGH and six other Greater Toronto Area hospitals. The initiative, led by MMC IT Services, involved a significant upgrade to the SAP platform used by these hospitals, transitioning them to AI-enabled, cloud-based infrastructure that will ensure secure, system-wide continuity.
