Pharmacy ESG (PH ESG) Committee

Enables pharmacy-focused ESG collaboration while promoting best practices and measurable impact.

MMC’s PH ESG Committee is our newest initiative, bringing together a network of engaged leaders and partners united by a shared commitment to advancing sustainability within their respective organizations.

Focused on the unique opportunities within pharmacy, the Committee aims to identify and implement strategies that reduce ESG impact, share leading practices, and accelerate Members’ sustainable pharmacy priorities.

Members meet virtually twice a year to discuss progress, emerging goals, and key ESG topics, with additional initiative-focused working sessions held as needed.

Working Group Initiative: Drug Expiry Management

MMC’s Pharmacy ESG (PH ESG) Committee identified expired drug waste as the first Pharmacy-focused sustainability opportunity for MMC and its participating PH Working Group Members to implement. 

Further details, including approach and outcomes, will be shared with the Membership as this newest initiative takes shape.
