We are currently recruiting a full-time Clinical Services Coordinator to support our Clinical Services Team.

 Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, the Clinical Services Coordinator will act as a resource to the Director and Clinical Services Team, providing a variety of analytical services to support clinical contract management, strategic analytics and clinical resource utilization to contribute to key decision making. 

 Specific Responsibilities

  •  Provide analytical and administrative support to the Clinical Services team

  • Review and provide data support for quarterly reporting to Executives, Board Committees, Membership, etc.

  • Support clinical role in substitute process 

  • Coordinate with Clinical Director, Clinical Managers and membership on identification of representation, formation, scheduling and implementation of Clinical Expert Groups

  • Support documentation pertaining to all clinical assigned initiatives consistent with Mohawk Medbuy procedures

  • Provide solutions and support to streamline workflow

  • Manage, organize and execute clinical sample management and distribution to membership

  • Works collaboratively and provides project support as requested by the Director, Manager or other departments within Mohawk Medbuy

  • Work collaboratively with Strategic Sourcing personnel on initiative and contract deliverables

 Skills and Qualifications

  • Education – Community College or equivalent (2 years)

  • Experience – More than 2 years and up to 4 years with knowledge of suppliers and dealing with people in differing levels of profession/position

  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service, team building and the ability to motivate people.

  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. 

  • Demonstrated proficiency at an advanced level in Excel, Access and Outlook, MS Word and Power Point

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate into presentation materials and reports

  • Demonstrated proficient communication with above average oral, written and presentation skills.  skills both written and oral

  • Medical terminology an asset

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Time management and organizational skills able to plan and prioritize work with minimal supervision, can analyze a situation and apply theory (e.g. LEAN methodology) or proven methods to continuously improve a process

  • Understands and appreciates concepts of efficiency, standardization and continuous improvement

  • Customer centric “mindset”.  Customer service orientated for ensuring an enhanced customer experience.
